Lion Red – Hook into Summer Stamp 6 promotion Terms and Conditions
 
  1. Information on how to enter and gifts form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. The promoter is Lion Nathan 11 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket, Auckland.
  3. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand who are 18 years or over.
  4. To enter, purchase a Lion Red tap beer from participating outlets to receive a stamp card. For each Lion Red tap beer purchased from that participating outlet  you are entitled to receive one stamp. Once you collect 6 stamps and complete the stamp card, hand your card to staff to enter the prize draw.
  5. Promotion runs from 1 November 2009 until 23:59 on 31 December 2009. You may only receive a maximum of 4 stamps per day. 
  6. The prize consists of a Shimano Baitrunner 6500B reel with Aquatip 6-10kg 7’ spin rod spooled with Moi-Moi 10kg nylon.
  7. Prize will be drawn by the outlet you handed your card to by 8 January 2010 and the winner will be notified via the contact phone number they listed on the stamp card before 10 January 2009 (which is within two days of the draw). Prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  8. The first 100 completed entries in each outlet will receive a free Lion Red angry fish sticker. 
  9. The Promoter and its related bodies corporate shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the promotion or any gift.
  10. Entrants may be refused service of alcohol if it would breach any relevant laws or codes relating to the Responsible Service of Alcohol.
  11. Details from all entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion and for publicity purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the use of their information as described without compensation.
