Lion Red Hook into Summer promo – Fishing Adventure Prize

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
To enter, purchase any marked promotional pack of Lion Red 12, 15, 18 or 24 bottles, and collect the marked caps. To enter the draw for the Fishing Adventure prize, collect one of each of the three Fishing Adventure Caps (Heli Fishing, Deep Sea Fishing, Matt Watson) and send them in with the completed entry form on the bottom of the promotional packs to PO Box 25 590, St Heliers, Auckland 1071.
Promotion commences 01/01/10. Fishing Adventure entries close on 16/04/10. No entries will be accepted after this time.
There are three Fishing Adventure prizes for two to be won. Fishing Adventure prize consists of a 3-day fishing adventure for two with Matt Watson and the ITM Fishing Show crew departing from Kerikeri. Trip includes three nights accommodation (1 x motel, 2 x boat), and meals (3 x dinner, 3 x lunch, 3 x breakfast). Prize will include fishing 3 ways in 3 days: heli-fishing, deep sea fishing and a snapper session. Exact fishing activity may differ due to weather and sea conditions. All fishing equipment required for the Fishing Adventure prize will be provided. All other costs (including transport to and from Kerikeri) will be the responsibility of the winner.
The three winning entries will be the first three correct entries randomly drawn on 19/04/10. Prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash. The judge’s decisions are final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Entries will be deemed void if stolen, forged, or tampered with in any way.
In the event that the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Subject to any applicable law that cannot be excluded, the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the promotion or any prize.
Before the prize is awarded, the winner and any other person sharing the prize will be required to sign a form releasing the Promoter from, and indemnifying the Promoter against, any and all liability arising from the use of the prize. The prize is subject to Heliops, Oracle and any other third party supplier’s terms and conditions, and the Promoter and its related bodies corporate are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss suffered by any entrant as a direct result of the conduct of these companies.
The winners will be notified by phone on 21/04/10.

To receive an instant prize, collect one of the marked instant prize caps and send with the completed entry form to PO Box 125 265, St Heliers, Auckland 1071. Prizes as indicated below:
- Marlin = BBQ. 3 to be won; retail value $1000

- Kingfish = Lion Red fishing t-shirt. 1200 to be won; retail value $29.95

Information on how to use the Discount Vouchers form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Discount Vouchers may be redeemed by residents of New Zealand who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
To obtain a Discount Voucher, purchase any marked promotional pack of Lion Red 15, 18 or 24 bottles, and cut out the discount voucher from the side of the pack.
Vouchers may be redeemed at the relevant dealer. Redemption of vouchers is subject to the terms and conditions of Hunting and Fishing New Zealand and Bradley Smoker as listed on the Discount Vouchers, and on the websites of Hunting & Fishing New Zealand (www.huntingandfishing.co.nz) and Bradley Smoker (www.bradleysmoker.co.nz).
